These terms are between you and Huvana Collective Private Limited.

The service

Clearhour sends one personal brief a day. You must be 18 or over. Briefs are for your personal use, so please don’t resell or republish them.

Trial and price

The first 5 days are free. After that the price is ₹149 a month including GST. We’ll remind you the day before your trial ends, and you pay only if you choose to subscribe.

Cancelling

Cancel any time with one tap. Your Brief continues until the end of the paid period.

No advice

Clearhour is general information, not financial, investment, legal, medical or career advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.

Accuracy

We work hard on accuracy, but AI-assisted content can contain errors. We correct errors when we find them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.

Law

Indian law applies.
